Elizabeth Wetter

I am a graduate from George Mason University with a B.A. in Technical Theater and a minor in Event Technology. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to accrue nearly 4 years of work experience with GMU's Event Services as an Event Services Supervisor where I learned valuable professional skills such as team building, staff training and development, and service delivery.

I currently work as an Audio Visual Technician for Encore Event Technologies at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, D.C.. There I am putting my skills to use supporting a variety of events from corporate conventions to wedding. Everyday I work with a wide range of hotel staff and outside vendors to ensure that every event we support runs smoothly.

In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as quality-oriented by my mentors and peers. I apply proven leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills on every project I work on.
